What to include

Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. The app's version (shown in Android's app info for ShiftLedger), your phone model and your Android version help us find the cause.

Please do not send your backup file, your payslip or your pay details. If a screenshot helps, hide the amounts first.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your phone. We cannot see it, so we cannot restore it or delete it for you.

To keep it, make a backup file in the app and store it where you choose. To delete it, remove it in the app, clear the app's storage in Android's settings, or uninstall the app.

Reminders that arrive late

Android may hold reminders back to save battery, sometimes by an hour or longer. If you turn on exact reminders in the app and allow “Alarms & reminders” for ShiftLedger in Android's settings, they are scheduled for the set time or very close to it.

Reminders also need the notification permission, and some phones stop apps that have not been opened for a long time. If they still do not arrive, write to us with your phone model.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase through Google Play; there is no subscription. Google Play handles the payment and restores the purchase on a new phone with the same Google account.

For a question about an order or a refund, write to us with the order number from your Google Play receipt, or use Google Play's own refund request.
